Superior Smoke Warranty & Returns

Classic Smoke:

Superior Smoke Candles have a warranty against manufacturing defects of one year from the month that they are shipped.  There is a lot number on each candle that will tell us when they are made.  If the candles are returned to the factory and found to be defective within that year, we will replace them at no charge. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage of smoke candles.

Returns:

Superior Signal accepts returns of Superior Smoke products for warranty claims only. Before returning any smoke product to Superior Signal, obtain the product lot number (printed on the product) and call us at 732-251-0800 for instructions. Defective products must be retained by the customer for evaluation by Superior Signal. Any product returned to Superior Signal without prior instruction from Superior Signal will be discarded and no refund issued.

Superior Blowers:

The SUPERIOR® BLOWER is manufactured of the finest materials and thoroughly inspected before shipment.  It is powered by a Briggs & Stratton Corporation gasoline engine. The engine is covered by the enclosed warranty, and in accordance with the terms should be returned to the nearest authorized factory service center for parts or service.

WARRANTY APPLYING TO SUPERIOR® BLOWER UNITS

The Superior Signal Company LLC will, at its option, replace or repair, without charge to the original purchaser, within one (1) year of date of purchase, the Blower Unit or any part found to be defective in material and/or workmanship, upon examination at the factory.

In the event both engine and Blower Unit require service, return completely assembled unit to Superior Signal Company LLC. See return instructions below.

All transportation charges, damages and losses incurred in connection with transportation of units or parts submitted for replacement or repair under this Warranty shall be borne by purchaser.

This Warranty shall not apply to any engine or Blower assembly for damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse, or to damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions for operation and maintenance of blowers and parts.

The foregoing Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, obligations or liabilities on part of manufacturer.  The manufacturer neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with Superior® Blowers.

5-E Blower:

This Superior® Blower was thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment.  Should it fail due to faulty material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our option, free of charge if returned with your purchase receipt to the factory within one year of purchase.  This Warranty is void if motor has been tampered with, misused, abused, or disassembled.

Returns:

Before returning a Superior Blower to Superior Signal, obtain the blower serial number (printed on the blower label) and call us at 732-251-0800 for return instructions. Blowers returned without proper authorization will be refused for delivery. Any blowers with gasoline engines must have all gasoline and oil completely removed from the engine prior to return.
