The Superior® 5E Electric Smoke Blower is the leading electric powered blower for smoke testing laterals, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing lines. The 5E Smoke Blower is designed to work with Superior® Classic 1A and 2B Smoke Candles and includes a heavy duty 8' by 4" flexible hose. The 5E Smoke Blower is available in standard 120 Volt AC or 12 Volt DC.

Why Smoke Test?

Application Note: The 5E Smoke Blower is designed to work with the Superior 1A or 2B Smoke Candle. Do NOT use the 3C Smoke Candle. The 3C is designed for mainline sewer smoke testing and produces too much smoke for building plumbing applications. In general, we recommend using the least amount of smoke necessary for a smoke test. The 1A Smoke Candle is recommended for small – medium size buildings and the 2B Smoke Candle is recommended for medium – large size buildings.
*Add Smoke: We highly recommend purchasing smoke in our SealPac containers which will provide a significantly longer shelf life. The combinations above will fit into a 5E shipping box, keeping your shipping costs as low as possible.
